Experience Sydney - Eat, Pray, Love (Part 2 Muse Dining)

Friday night just went funner because Mich-chan brought me to a new place, Vintry to have some wine session. The best thing about this wine bar is that their tapas menu is really good, especially the char siew (fried caramelised pork) that goes so well with wine! WINE + PORK = ORGASM!

I believe good food can make us happy. Muse Dining I went at Hunter Valley, is one of the happy dining experience i had. The award wining restaurant not only serves quality food, their decore is a blend of the old stones walls and fire place with the contemporary renovations which gives an enjoyable ambiance.

Of course I wouldn't be there without my Huannie boo and our lovely tour guide

Muse house bread with their salted butter tastes so good, OMG!

Muse restaurant has two menus to choose, one is 3 courses (with desserts) costs $95 and another 2 course (no desserts) costs $75.
Starters:
Beetroot binnorie goats cheese, coppersfolly wasabi, buttered king brown mushrooms. If you can handle beetroot, you would love this starter!
Sashimi yellow fin tuna and watermelon with pickled ginger, coriander and cucumber. Not so fresh :/
Confit Milly Hill Lamb Belly with eggplant, rosemary yoghurt, white anchovy and raisin dressing.
Canadian Sea Scallops with squid ink gnocchi, fennel and orange.

Main courses:
Golden Plains Pork Cutlet with black fig, pink pepper, onion and gravy
Nulkaba Chicken Breast, Liver Parfait, Yolk with creamed corn dumpling, and seeds.
Slow Cooked Milly Hill Lamb with jerusalem artichoke, watercress, garden peas, almond and jus.
Mandagery Creek Venison Smoked in Barrel Shavings with white, red and black cabbage, blackberry, juniper and pedro ximenez. This course is highly recommended while Buunny did her food review research in certain food blogs. I personally love it too, but it's very raw!

Rubbing our belly bloat, we really could stuff in any desserts. Burrpp~ But the waitress is so sweet, she insisted to give us Muse complementary desserts - macarons and chocolates! Oh no, FAT DIE! And how could this complementary macarons taste way better than some cafes which selling at MYR3.00++ each.
Lastly a group picture before we ended our night.

Does my food post make me hungry at this hour because I feel like having a maggi tomyam right now :/ WHY AM I THINKING OF FOOD AT THIS HOUR, AHHH!!!
But I believe happiness should not be kept to yourself only, and not forget to share them on social media with your friends and family. Especially if you are so far away from home like me. Constantly sharing my photos to my fam and friends makes me feel like they are there with me.

During my experiment with the new Galaxy S3 mini, I was impressed with all the options that this phone packs allow me to keep on sharing 24/7. My experience with the new mini in my life didn't end there. If you know ALLSHAREPLAY, then you know what i'm talking about. This awesome app that allowed me to straight away see all photos that just took right there on my PC when back home.
At least I know when I'm overseas, I'll never have to worry about not being able to capture all my photo moments and sharing it with my loved ones even though they are so far away. I'm sure you wanna keep up with fam and friends with a phone like mine. You can check it out here www.samsung.com/my/s3mini :)
YOUR POST HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL UPLOADED, teehee~
