When travel , we eat like a local and sight see like a tourist.
During my last holiday destination in Singapore, we explored new dining destination at Dempsey Hill. There are plenty of romantic and fabulous restaurants. We visited The White Rabbit, a defining restaurant and bar housed in a beautiful, whimsical restored chapel. It looks slight different from the pictures I've googled from several food blogs (most of them have pictures in day time). But as soon as I stepped into the place, I fell in love with the atmosphere.

We skipped starters, and here were the mains we ordered.
Dover Sole Meunière
Ravioli with forest mushrooms, port reduction and parmesan foam.
Roasted black truffle free-range chicken paired with truffled mac and cheese with mushrooms as sides

We also visited The Maritime Experiential Museum and S.E.A Aquarium.

Those sea jellies were too beautiful under the water.

Missing Singapore already.
I'll see you very soon x
