Apart from the hype of ISETAN The Japan Store opening last month, there was something more than just eating and shopping. I took the opportunity to visit a trans-kyoto photography exhibition by Mika Ninagawa @ CUBE_1 (3th floor of ISETAN) too. Ninagawa is known for her vibrant and bright-coloured photographs, and has been accredited with numerous photography awards in Japan. Enter into the gallery and you will see her world of Kyoto which Ninagawai photographed colourful objects from temples, shrines, sakura to typical Japanese Geimaiko.

During the grand opening party, I was lucky to meet few of the key persons.
World top DJ Shuya Okino who were at the grand opening party playing some Kyoto jazz massive mixtape.
Met Yasumichi Morita who designed the interior of ISETAN The Japan Store's interior. I love love love every corner ISETAN now.

Last but not least, a picture with the one and only Mika Ninagawa. She is also the director of the organising committee for Tokyo Olympics 2020. Meeting her in person was truly amazing.
Make sure you don't miss her innovative and inspiring photography exhibition which is now taking place until 30 November 2016 at CUBE_1. For more information about CUBE_1 latest activity, you may visit here :)

I'm giving away 3 pairs of tickets to visit Mika's photography exhibition. All you need to do is to comment at this blog post and tell me why you want to go.
3 lucky winners will be chosen this Friday 12pm and announced at the comment box as well. The 3 most creative answers win, so good luck guys!
Limits are unknown until you push yourself to them. 3 days 2 nights FITcation to Gaya Island Resort was one of the best decision I ever made. I was so inspired by the ladies I met during this trip and gained so much fitness knowledge and motivation as well.

Adidas Malaysia team worked their best to surprise and prepare us throughtout this FITcation journey. We had everything ready from wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, face mist, toiletries, to even power bank! All the active wear I wore throughout the trip was prepared by Adidas as well.

How can you not take a moment to enjoy Gaya Island Resort when every spots here is Instagram-worthy.

In total, we have 4 different classes starting from partner workout, morning stretch, beach circuit, cardio dance class to the last yoga session. My favourite and yet the most torturing class is beach circuit high intensity workout! Check out all the unglam pictures below :p
Partner Workout by Joanna Soh

Morning Stretch by Nor Soraya

Beach Circuit by Cindy Gan

Twerk class by Maybelline Wong

Yoga session by Evie Wong

When you put 17 girls on an island, we sweated together, we shared laughter, and we made new friends. It was such an unforgettable moment with these inspiring, down-to-earth and crazy ladies. Of course, not forgetting Adidas Malaysia who brought us all together, and Gaya Island Resort for hosting us so well.
Already missing them, more FITcation please.
