Exact a month ago since I came back from Sydney, still missing their coffee and chilly weather. It was an impromptu trip that AirAsia X and Destination New South Wales (DNSW) had arranged for us, but it was definitely a memorable one.

My blogger friends (Dior and May Ho) and I were arranged to stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street, which is located in the CBD area. The hotel location is very accessible as the Circular Quay and the iconic Sdyney Opera House is only minutes away.

#1 Circular Quay & Sydeny Opera House

#2 Taronga Zoo
We visited one of Sydney's favourite attractions, Taronga Zoo. A leading zoological garden and home to about 4000 animal including native wildlife and exotic rare creatures just minutes from the heart of downtown. It is also on the elevated land along the waterfront at Bradley's Head, Mosman which is a great vantage point to take in the harbour vista. Some say the giraffes have the best views in town .

#3 The Gap
If you are visiting Watsons Bay, don't forget to drop by The Gap for some amazing photo opportunities with the ocean cliff facing Tasman Sea, and then along past the Signal Station and Macquarie Lighthouse.

#4 Bondi Beach
The Sydney's famous Bondi Beach is not just the sand and surf, there is a myriad of things to do and see beyond the surf. We took a cliff top coastal walk overlooking the landscape and had yourself indulged in a sweet treat from Messina Gelato, known as the best gelato in Australia.

#5 Koskela
I want all the things! Koskela in Rosebery stock so much awesomeness, it is pretty easy to blow a whole pay cheque and a good few hours going through their products. Just like how I bought some marble home deco and books. From designer bean bags to the most amazing sofas and chairs, owners of Koskela, Russel Koskela and Sasha Titckosky sure know how to find the best furniture and homewares and bring them together in one ridiculously cool warehouse space.

While visiting to Port Stephens, we were arranged to stay at The Nelson Resort. Located in the heart of Nelson Bay, you can easily walk to the fabulous beaches and enjoy the great bars and restaurants along the shores.

 #6 Stockton Sand Dunes
Located only 10 mins from the centre of Nelson Bay, the Worimi Conversation Lands form the largest sand dune system in Australia. There are plenty of ways to enjoy the sand dunes. May and I had check-listed the thrilling quad bike ride and sandboarded across the dunes.

#7 Dolphin Watch Cruise
It was my first time watching dolphin so up close. The Dolphin Watch is a 1.5 hour ride on Moonshadow Cruise with a 99% success rating in spotting these majestic creatures. The cruise also offered boom net ride and buffet lunch if requested.

I have covered all the places I had visited, stay tune for all the food and drinks you need to know on next!
