Fashion Bloggerrr hollow blouse and bermuda shorts // Dr Martens creepers // Marc Jacobs necklace // Prada bag // Super shades

Bermuda shorts has taken over the runways in Spring 2014 appearing in the collection of Jason Wu, Diane von Furstenberg, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Mulberry, Topshop Unique, just to name a few. From the fabrics to the design either low cut or high-waisted, baggy or tailored, they can easily be carried from the casual day out to the formal work place, and everywhere in between. These knee-length trousers, city shorts or whatever you want to call them, are highly versatile. Easily pair it with a matching colour blouse and creepers to create an androgynous look like what I have done. To create feminine twist in this look, I donned a striking neon pink bag that would immediately stand me out from the crowd.

If you haven't invested in a pair of ultra-versatile city bermuda shorts yet, this is the season to do so. Bye bye daisy dukes and too-short shorts, and welcome spring's new hemlines.

'Love yourself and everything else fall in line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.'
Isn't this quote deep and meaningful? It is the one thing I remind myself of all day.
Of course they are many ways to love yourself. You can put on a beautiful make up, dress like a princess, pamper yourself with desserts, go travel, or even learn new things and make new friends. All these things sum up love and happiness.

I do all the things mentioned above except that there is one more thing I do love more than anything else, my health. My love to take good care of my every body parts, especially the intimate part which some of you girls may have forgotten to care. Perhaps you may think you have no reasons to purchase a feminine hygiene wash just to clean that particular V part. But I'm telling you, you are wrong. Watch this video to know why.

Tokyo day 3 was all about food!!! You can call me a foodie :D

First thing we had in the morning was McDonald's because we girls wanted to try out their exclusive Japan-only Sakura pork burger. The burger (inner part) and soft drinks we had were in sakura pink colour to celebrate the cherry blossom occasion. After a messy burger feast, we girls have work to do with Nylon Japan team. Initially it was just Jane doing a solo shoot with them, but she suddenly told us they want me and Ash to get in as well. Both of us were surprisingly happy. Both Aya and the photographer (also our driver) were very down to earth and I really hope we can have more opportunities to work together in future. While waiting for this street style shoots being published, you guys can look for me in Nylon Japan May Issue. I'm not sure if you can get the mag in Malaysia, perhaps you can check with Kinokuniya book store :)

While strolling around the streets at Shibuya-ku, Ash again craved for crepes and we waited outside because we didn't want to have crepes. Jane and I were trying to find a good coffee place but it seemed like most of the people we met in Tokyo doesn't drink specialty coffee. Ended up we went into Partyland and get froyo crepes. It wasn't the best dessert, but it wasn't the worst. But you all must at least eat once when you come Japan. I believe there are many good cafes making super yummy crepes, so till the next trip I'll find them out and share with you guys. Pink promise.

At night, we met Povy for dinner @ Kani Doraku, Ginza. It was probably one of the most expensive meal we had during our entire Japan trip. The restaurant is famous of its snow crabs, I personally prefer eating raw crabs. Because Huannie and Jane doesn't eat uncooked food, so we ordered a barbecued crab set for sharing. It is about 5000 to 9000 yen per set and it is good for sharing. The moment we said we were so stuffed by the crabbie meal, there the waitress handed us a dessert menu. We ordered all the  4 desserts on the lists. What a wonderful dinner with my travel BFF, Povy Teng. During the dinners, we both realized we often travel to the same country at the same period. Maybe we both should plan our girly trip? Bangkok maybe? :p

Besides Tokyo food 101, I've a great news to share with you guys. My old friend, Joe Chia has officially launched its Chapter 4 - In the Name of Liberty. You can check out Joe Chia's FW14 lookbook here. For purchase enquiries, please email info@joechia.com or visit their pop-up store, Thisappear located at 20/2 Jalan Telawi 3, Bangsar Baru (opposite Alexis).
My top 5 picks from this collection. Can't wait for JoeChia02 which will have more designs for womenswear!!!

While feeding yourself by my foodporn, don't forgot to show some loves for our local design. Wish to see you boys in these looks someday in the KL streets maybe? :p

She is always so independent so mature, yet she is so sticky sweet to me. It's your 5th birthday celebration with us, and I believe there will be more. As we said, we will get married, have our own kids and get old together. Friends can be this romantic too, love you long times

We had a small private dinner @ Zenzero Restaurant and Wine Bar, St Mary Place. I've a very high expectation about the food because chef Andrea Zanella who used to work at il Lido, is back commanding Zenzero's kitchen and turned out all dishes we ordered that night were incredibly delicious. I also love its casually elegant environment where we don't have to whisper when we talk. Not so much pressure as what fine dining restaurants usually have.

We couldn't decide what starter we want, so we ordered Zenzero Antipasti that has a combination of 2 starters in its menu.
Me digging in!!! Raw oysters so fresh, slurps.

Meanwhile waiting our main courses, we fake-surprised her with Chanel earrings. By fake-surprised it means she already knew what we gonna buy for her because this girl requested earlier when we gave LengLeng a Chanel earring at her birthday. She always wanted a black colour earrings, and lucky us we managed to get it. Please wear it everytime you see us to prove us how much you love it, lol.

All is good, all is good.
I had squid ink tonarelli with scallops and king prawns.
Jane's black angus tenderloin with winter vegetables in Chianti sauce.
Leng's “Homemade Pappardelle al ragĂș di carne” with Veal & Lamb ragout and dry ricotta cheese. Food title copied from Zenzero menu because I dont know how to describe this, lol.
Liza's lamb with her fav foie gras.
Ricotta-choked cannoli fried pastries and vanilla ice cream to wrap up this wonderful dinner. The waiter has the birthday girl's name spelled wrong, opppsssyyyy :/

Lastly, I was wearing De Prinzessin top and bottom that night and there I was trying to get long legs post but I think I failed.
WHY TALL PEOPLE LOOK SHORT IN THE PICTURE?!!

Till I find the right angle...
I'm gonna crash now, sweet dreams my readers.
